Cybercampus welcomes a new communications officer
The team is growing, and we are pleased to welcome Hamid Ershad Sarabi as communications officer in the Cybercampus Sweden office.
Hamid joined in April. In his role, he works with both day-to-day communications—such as news, campaigns, and partnerships—and longer-term strategic initiatives. Communication is a central part of an initiative like Cybercampus, which operates in a dynamic environment and brings together many partner organisations.
Hamid is looking forward to contributing to and further developing the organisation:
Cybercampus is a unique arena where innovation and social benefit truly meet, and I look forward to helping make that work visible to more people, both internally and externally. The organisation is growing, and I am genuinely excited to be part of this journey and to develop communications as the organisation matures.
Hamid most recently worked at the industry and employer organisation Teknikföretagen. There, he operated at the intersection of business, government, research, and politics—experience that is directly relevant to Cybercampus. He also brings valuable insight into the challenges and driving forces of the technology industry, as well as experience in coordinating communication across multiple stakeholders.
While Hamid has solid experience from previous roles, he emphasises the importance of continuous learning:
Cybersecurity is a rapidly evolving field. I want to learn more about the technology as well as the actors and issues that drive the field forward. I am really looking forward to delving deeper into the cybersecurity field and the ecosystem logic that Cybercampus is built on.
