It examines strategic objectives, common tactics and techniques, and challenges of cyber attribution, while demonstrating how such operations can be transformed into realistic cyber range simulation scenarios.

The webinar also shares Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH)’s hands-on experience in developing advanced cyber range scenarios for IT, OT, and AI-enabled systems, and introduces the NATO Science for Peace and Security (SPS) project WARCIP – Wartime Cyber Threat Simulation for Critical Infrastructure Protection, highlighting its goals, methodology, and relevance for cybersecurity training, cyber defense, and critical infrastructure resilience in NATO and partner countries.
